Mit der Buchung erklären die Teilnehmer ihre Kenntnisnahme und
Zustimmung zur
1. Haftungsfreistellung gegenüber dem Veranstalter
- Die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
- Die Teilnehmer tragen die alleinige zivil- und strafrechtliche Verantwortung für alle von
ihnen verursachten Schäden.
- Die Teilnehmer stellen den Veranstalter Blue Knights Germany XIX, Saxonia e.V. von
jeglicher Haftung für Verletzungen, Schäden oder Verluste frei, die während der
Veranstaltung auftreten können.
2. Erhebung und Speicherung der erforderlichen persönlichen Daten sowie zur
Veröffentlichung von Fotoaufnahmen
- Persönliche Daten werden im notwendigen Umfang sowie ausschließlich für die
organisatorischen Belange des Treffens erhoben und nach Beendigung des Treffens
unverzüglich gelöscht.
- Während des Treffens gemachte Fotos stellen wir auf der Homepage und in Social
Media ein. Wer das nicht möchte, muss dem vor Beginn der Veranstaltung ausdrücklich
widersprechen.
3. Es gelten folgende Reiserücktritts- und Stornierungsbedingungen:
- Die Erklärung zum Rücktritt von der Anmeldung ist gegenüber dem Veranstalter
Blue Knights Germany XIX schriftlich an Anmeldung2026@blue-knights- saxonia.de
zu erklären.
- In Abhängigkeit vom Zeitpunkt des Rücktritts fallen Stornierungskosten an:

- ab verbindlicher Anmeldung: Grundbetrag
- ab 15.02.2026 Grundbetrag + 50 % des Übernachtungspreises
- ab 01.05.2026 Grundbetrag + 70 % des Übernachtungspreises
- bei Nichtanreise 100 % des TN - Betrages
Die Rückerstattung der TN-Kosten abzüglich der Stornokosten erfolgt innerhalb einer
angemessenen und vom Veranstalter leistbaren Frist.
By booking, participants acknowledge and agree to
1. Release of liability towards the organizer- Participation in the event is at one's own risk.- Participants bear sole civil and criminal liability for all damages caused by them.- Participants relieve the organizer Blue Knights Germany XIX, Saxonia e.V. of any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.
2. Collection and storage of required personal data as well as publication of photo recordings- Personal data will be collected to the necessary extent and solely for the organizational purposes of the meeting, and will be deleted immediately after the meeting ends.- Photos taken during the meeting will be published on the homepage and on social media. Anyone who does not wish this must expressly object before the event starts.
3. The following cancellation and reimbursement conditions apply: - The declaration to withdraw from the registration must be made in writing to the organizer Blue Knights Germany XIX at Anmeldung2026@blue-knights-saxonia.de. - Depending on the time of cancellation, cancellation fees will apply: (The time of receipt of the notification is decisive) - from binding registration: Basic amount - from 15.02.2026 Basic amount + 50% of the overnight accommodation price - from 01.05.2026 Basic amount + 70% of the overnight accommodation price - in case of no-show 100% of the participant fee. The refund of participant costs minus cancellation fees will be made within a reasonable period that is manageable for the organizer.
